Rent Parties were born in the 1920s during the Harlem Renaissance, when Black Americans transformed celebration into survival, opening their homes, charging admission, and coming together to help neighbors cover rising housing costs.

We’re honoring that legacy.

On April 25th, The Hustle List is bringing the Rent Party back, reimagined for today’s economy, to support small businesses across New England carrying real overhead: storefronts, studios, salon suites, offices, and leased spaces.

This isn’t just nightlife.
It’s economic mobilization with a dance floor.

Expect:

• A high-energy club experience at Nos Morabeza
• 200+ entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders
• Corporate partners aligned with economic impact
• VIP sections + curated sponsor dinner (6:30PM)
• Purpose woven into every part of the night

Our goal is to raise money and a portion of the proceeds will be distributed directly to qualifying small businesses to help offset rent and operating costs.
