Become an Official THL Ambassador

We’re looking for passionate creators and community builders to help us spotlight hustlers across beauty, creative, food, lifestyle, and more. As a THL Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in shaping how hustlers are discovered, reviewed, and celebrated.

Note: Ambassadors will be not be eligible for the Top 5 lister rankings on the home page. Ambassadors will also be prohibited from partnering or accepting money from the hustles they review. If you would like to be an influencer on the THL app - you can gain popularity organically and won’t be restricted from brand partnerships via the app.

📌 What Ambassadors Do

  • Purchase from a hustle

  • Film a TikTok/Reel about your experience

  • Post a review on The Hustle List with your video link

  • Score hustlers on all 5 key categories:

    1. Professionalism

    2. Pricing & Policies

    3. Responsiveness

    4. Quality

    5. Ease of Booking/Purchasing

  • Collaborate with THL through reposts, spotlights, and events

Limit: Up to 5 reviews per month.

💵 Payment Structure

Ambassadors are compensated with a stipend. The stipend amount depends on the number of followers the ambassador has at the time of posting:

  • Nano Creators (1K–10K followers): $100 to post on Instagram and Tiktok

  • Micro Creators (10K–50K followers): $250 to post on Instagram and Tiktok

  • Mid-tier Creators (50K–100K followers): $750 to post on Instagram and Tiktok

💰 Service Payment Details

We’ll give you a reloadable Visa gift card with a fixed amount for you to spend on hustles (small businesses) monthly. You can use this for the service/product itself and any expenses related to you getting this service/product. In order for you not to receive a violation please keep track of all receipts. The amount spent must line up with the receipts.

Violations may result in a cease of contract.

📝 Quick Notes

  • Submit receipts for reimbursement

  • Payments are processed 5 business days after your TikTok/Reel + THL review are live

  • Top ambassadors may be featured monthly on THL’s socials and events
