Become an Official THL Ambassador

We’re looking for passionate creators and community builders to help us spotlight hustlers across beauty, creative, food, lifestyle, and more. As a THL Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in shaping how hustlers are discovered, reviewed, and celebrated.

📌 What Ambassadors Do

  • Try a hustler’s service (from any THL category)

  • Film a TikTok/Reel about your experience

  • Post a review on The Hustle List with your video link

  • Score hustlers on all 5 key categories:

    1. Professionalism

    2. Pricing & Policies

    3. Responsiveness

    4. Quality

    5. Ease of Booking/Purchasing

  • Optional: If there’s a new hustler you want to try, you can add them to the platform

  • Collaborate with THL through reposts, spotlights, and events

Limit: Up to 5 reviews per month.

💵 Payment Structure

Ambassadors are compensated with both a stipend and reimbursement for their hustler experiences.

  • Nano Creators (1K–10K followers): $50–$150 per post

  • Micro Creators (10K–50K followers): $150–$400 per post

  • Mid-tier Creators (50K–100K followers): $400–$1,000+ per post

💰 Service Reimbursement

We’ll cover the cost of your hustler experience (up to category-specific caps):

  • Beauty (hair, makeup, lashes, nails, facials, waxing): $75–$150

  • Creative (photo, art, fashion): up to $150

  • Events / DJs: $50-$200 (case by case)

  • Fitness/Wellness: up to $125

  • Plates & Catering: up to $150

  • Other categories (business, marketing, etc.): up to $100

If your hustler’s service costs more than the cap, you can pay the difference or choose another hustler within budget.

📝 Quick Notes

  • Submit receipts for reimbursement

  • Reimbursements and payments are processed after your TikTok/Reel + THL review are live

  • Top ambassadors may be featured monthly on THL’s socials and events
